1. Agreement
By using grapeseedstudios.com you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. What the site is
A marketing portfolio for Grapeseed Studios’ AI cinema / creative services. Project work is governed by a separate statement of work or contract when we engage.
3. Intellectual property
Site design, text, branding, mascots, and showcased works are owned by Grapeseed Studios or used with permission. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse them commercially without written permission. “Fair use” / personal viewing of the public site is fine.
4. Inquiries
Submitting the contact form is an invitation to talk, not a booking. We may accept or decline projects at our discretion.
5. AI Lab /studio
Any studio tools linked from the site may require authentication and separate terms. Public exposure of internal studio tools is not authorized without explicit approval.
6. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Portfolio metrics (e.g. view counts) are approximate marketing claims.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grapeseed Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Governing law
