2. What we collect
- Project inquiry form (Netlify Forms, name
project-inquiry): name, email, message. - Technical data: standard server/CDN logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) via Netlify.
- Optional: if you email us, the content of that correspondence.
We do not intentionally collect special-category personal data through the marketing site.
3. Why we use it
- Respond to project inquiries and run the studio business.
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
- Comply with legal obligations when required.
4. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR apply)
Legitimate interests (responding to inbound requests, site security) and/or contract steps at your request. Consent where required for non-essential cookies/trackers (none added in this draft beyond hosting defaults).
5. Sharing
Processors that may handle data on our behalf: Netlify (hosting + forms). We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Inquiry submissions: kept while useful for follow-up, then deleted or minimized. Server logs: per Netlify defaults / our operational need.

8. International transfers
Hosting may process data outside your country (e.g. US/EU via Netlify). Safeguards follow the processor’s terms.
9. Children
The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes should be reflected on this page before publish.
